The Arctic Circle 2009 (TAC) seeks applications from scientific
researchers to join the 17-day voyage to North Spitsbergen, 5-22 October
2009. TAC is an artist and scientist-led expedition program that aims to
empower collaboration between the arts and sciences.
The 2009 voyage will be aboard Noorderlicht, a traditionally rigged
two-mast schooner, equipped with scientific and artistic workspace and
common areas. The ship is certified Ice-Class and is arctic rated.
