The National Science Foundation, Arctic Natural Sciences Program will
hold a Town Hall meeting during the American Geophysical Union (AGU)
Fall Meeting on Tuesday, 16 December 2008, from 6:00pm until 7:30pm. The
meeting will be held in the community meeting room hosted by the Arctic
Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS), at the San Francisco Marriott,
Pacific Room A.
Topics to be discussed include portfolio balance, the proposal review
process, recent budget impacts and responses, and other competitions of
interest to the Arctic Natural Sciences community. Four Office of Polar
Programs (OPP) program officers plan to attend: Renee Crain, Brendan
Kelly, Dan Lubin, and Bill Wiseman.
