Bering Ecosystem Study (BEST)

A previous ArcticInfo on 23 September 2005 announced that the BEST
Implementation Plan was available for download. That version of the plan
was not consistent with details in the recent NSF Announcement of
Opportunity that includes BEST. The Implementation Plan is now updated
to be consistent with the announcement. Prospective researchers are
encouraged to consult the updated version as well as the BEST natural
and social science plans for further information on the research
envisioned as part of BEST.
The natural science plan, entitled "Bering Ecosystem Study (BEST)
Science Plan", is available to view and download at:

The social science plan, entitled "Sustaining the Bering Ecosystem: A
Social Science Plan", is available to view and download at:
