The Department of the Geophysical Sciences at the University of Chicago invites applications for faculty positions in Earth and planetary sciences at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level. These full-time tenure-track positions will be located in Chicago, Illinois.
The successful candidate at the Assistant Professor level must have completed all requirements for a PhD prior to appointment. Those applying for Associate Professor level must have a PhD and an outstanding research record.

- A curriculum vitae with a list of publications,
- Statements of research and teaching interests, and
- Three letters of reference.
