The National Science Foundation (NSF) announces two solicitation webinars. These webinars will discuss the Navigating the New Arctic (NNA) solicitation (https://www.nsf.gov/publications/pub_summ.jsp?ods_key=nsf19511).
During the webinars, NNA Program Officers will discuss the Navigating the New Arctic Solicitation 19-511. Each webinar session will begin with a short presentation followed by a question and answer session with the program officers.
For those unable to join the webinars live, the video recording of the presentation is available online at https://www.nsf.gov/geo/opp/arctic/nna/NNA_WebinarSlides.pptx.
Navigating the New Arctic (NNA) is one of the National Science Foundation's 10 Big Ideas. A new solicitation is requesting proposals that bring together diverse disciplinary perspectives to support convergence research and encourages new researchers and those already working in the Arctic to work together at the intersection of natural, social, and built systems.
Upcoming webinars include:
- Thursday, 10 January 2019, 3:00-4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with Program Officers Roberto Delgado, Greg Anderson, and Irina Dolinskaya; and
- Monday, 14 January 2019, 3:00-4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time with Program Officers Colleen Strawhacker, Rupa Iyer, and Micah Beck.
