The Environmental Data Section at the Norwegian Polar Institute invites applications for the positions of web developer and scientific manager. These permanent positions will be based in Tromsø, Norway.
The web developer and scientific data manager will contributeto the development of the institute's data center (https://data.npolar.no/home/) and be responsible for developing solutions for transferring, validating, storing, and publishing data from various research fields. This includes working with researchers to model, standardize and publish data, as well as developing both user applications and underlying systems.
