Tero Mustonen is coordinating a circumpolarwide initiative "Snowchange" - Indigenous Observations of Ecological and Environmental Change, www.snowchange.org He has completed his Master of Social Sciences [International Relations] thesis on Indigenous Governance and Ecological Issues in the Arctic in December 2002.
