Current Research

Regional controls on snow composition over the whole Arctic. Local vs long-distance source of pollutants, natural vs anthropogenic sources of major and trace elements in snow. ARCTIS project collected and analyzed snow north of latitude 60 degrees N in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Svalbard, Russia, Alaska, Canada, Greenland and Iceland.
